Jennifer A. Hradil focuses her practice primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. She has litigated a wide-range of business disputes and has experience litigating intellectual property, antitrust, securities, and E-Discovery matters. Ms. Hradil is also involved in counseling and training on E-Discovery issues through her involvement as a member of the firm’s E-Discovery Task Force. Ms. Hradil received her B.A. from Dickinson College and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University Law School. She is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation.

Christopher Walsh represents businesses in complex commercial disputes and class action matters primarily involving state and federal antitrust regulation, corporate governance, and business torts, especially torts relating to a competitor’s improper use of confidential information. Mr. Walsh has successfully tried or arbitrated several cases for, and has won numerous injunctions on behalf of, satisfied clients ranging from Fortune 100 clients to smaller regional firms. He has authored numerous publications on federal practice, antitrust law, enforcement of arbitral awards, and the protection of trade secrets and confidential information. Mr. Walsh received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University, his M.A. from Rutgers University, and his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law.
Brian J. McMahon
Chair, Business & Commercial Litigation Department
Brian J. McMahon is Chair of the Gibbons Business & Commercial Litigation Department. His practice encompasses a wide range of complex corporate and commercial disputes, including securities litigation, merger and acquisition disputes, partnership disputes, intra-corporate and shareholder derivative disputes, and complex contract disputes. Mr. McMahon has litigated and tried jury and non-jury cases in the state and federal courts throughout the regional metropolitan area and has played the leading role in numerous large class actions, enforcement proceedings with federal and state regulatory agencies and complex adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Courts. His litigation work includes several industries, such as food, manufacturing, chemical, financial, securities, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. McMahon received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School. He is listed in both Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America.
